Marshal Armor sends mutant Rhino-Tank, disguised as Santa Claus, to lure children into the House of Good Fortune, in order to train them as future Destron commandants. Yuki Joji finds this disturbing and "Black Santa" offers to release the children if Joji will defeat V3. In order to save the children, he decides to fight V3 with Rhino-Tank.
