The mutant kidnaps a young boy's sister and Kazami Shiro must fight in order to save her. Plantaingan attacks Rider Scouts HQ to liquidate a captured Destron Soldier and threatens Tachibana Tobei and Company. Can V3 liberate them from the tendrils of death?
