In this episode, we’ll be focusing on tuna, a widely beloved fish. Our main dish is rolled sushi filled with tuna and bell pepper, with two side dishes. The first of these is tuna mille-feuille: tuna, avocado, and okra served layered in a cocktail glass, for a dish that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.
