Yet when KWAI learns that TODAY loves to have a big family of her own, he backs off instantly. FRANCIS misconceives his eagerness to end the courtship as a marriage proposal and declares to everyone that he has been dating TODAY for a long time. KWAI regards MAY as his ideal partner upon learning that she loves pets rather than kids.
