Sharon's repeatedly practised her key dishes of seared scallops, crispy top pork belly, and chocolate praline tart; hoping to impress her guests with three perfectly cooked courses. She has a strict schedule and has thought through her guests' every need. She even gets a gardener round to make sure the garden is in full bloom.
