Lucy, Sue and Jack plan to stop Concove Construction by moving into a house the document as needing no repairs making Sue the homeowner and pay for repairs she can't afford. Lucy comes home to the smell of smoke leaving Lucy and Sue wondering why they smell smoke. Alice (Lucy's Grandmother) thinks the oven caused the smoke.
